An Integrated Marketing Campaign


Major sponsors have outstanding marketing opportunities that culminate in face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects.

We will implement a strategic marketing campaign that guarantees quality attendance. This campaign will ensure that all pertinent professionals and executives within the region are informed of the event and its sponsors. We will utilise the following channels to promote the EuroRail 2007:

  • Direct marketing – EuroRail 2007 will be marketed to an extensive range of named contacts across Terrapinn’s massive vertical market databases and specific focused external lists. We will build on the strengths of all our events in the transport series. Thousands of brochures are distributed to a targeted audience of decision makers across the region. 
  • Telemarketing - dedicated account managers call your target market to ensure their participation in the event. 
  • Advertisements - Full page adverts in industry leading press. Adverts start at the beginning of 2007 and continue to the event. In 2006 publications used included: Railway Gazette International, Rail and Pulic transport Magazine, Transport Wekkly, Infrastructure Technology.
  • Internet - our dedicated event website will be consistently updated with industry and event news, and open for on-line registration and inquiry. Sponsors will be invited to link their website to the event website for a wider, more complete reach. We also have a significant web banner campaign promoting the event throughout the year. 
  • E-mail and fax marketing - every week will see a campaign dedicated to a specific portion of our target audience. These act as constant reminders of the event and are an ideal medium by which to announce new information, promote sponsors and profile individuals. 
  • Press relations - our powerful media partnerships mean more effective press relations. We work closely with relevant industry publications and media partners within the vertical industries.
